ELRC is a stat-supported program that helps families who qualify, to pay for their child care services. If approved, this program can lower your weekly child care costs by applying funding directly to your tuition at The Children's Center.

How Does it Work?

Apply – Complete an application and submit the required documents on the ELRC website.
Get Reviewed – ELRC reviews your information to determine eligibility based on the financial criteria.
Get Approved – If eligible, ELRC will help pay your tuition directly.
Pay a Co-Pay – You'll receive a weekly co-pay amount, which is your portion of the tuition.
